This 1930 census shows Charlie Wesley Lacewell (listed as West C. Lacewell) with same wife from 1920 census and Aline (Alene). Names are often misspelled.  Notice that West could not read or write but the wife could.  So things would depend on who answered the questions during the census.  An actual person went around to record the census back in these days and they often spelt names the way they sounded to them. Rather than showing how many years they have been married, this report shows what age they were when they got married.
